The ST-565T is a UV excited fluorescence sensor capable of measuring for the concentration of Tolytriazole (or TTA). The ST-565T was built for rapid azole validation at a range of 0–10ppm. The sensor dramatically reduces service time enabling water treaters to adjust their programs accordingly. The ST-565T has two union 3/4 inch NPT ports (sample in and out) in both glue and threaded options. Please make sure that sample water entering the sensor head is below 104 ºF (or 40 ºC).
The sensor can be easily calibrated using the uPyxis® app, but must be connected to the MA-WB Bluetooth® adapter. For a one-point calibration, users should have our SP-395T TTA handheld device. The SP-395T should be used to measure the TTA concentration in the sample water to find a calibration value for the ST-565T. For zero and slope calibrations, users should remove the ST-565T from the ST-001 tee kit & place it into deionized water, followed by 1–2ppm TTA calibration solutions.
